About Us
The Molecular Biology Techniques Laboratory has been operating at the Faculty of Biology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, since 2005.
Our Laboratory is a place where interdisciplinary research based on nucleic acids analyses of is carried out. In addition to research and teaching activities, including student and professional traineeships, we also provide DNA sequencing and capillary electrophoresis services.
Our Team
We work in a team of highly qualified people who are able to isolate and sequence DNA from all kinds of biological material. Our knowledge and experience guarantee high-quality results.
Our Research
We design new and use well known DNA markers in many different research areas, including molecular taxonomy and phylogenetics, microbial community structure, molecular parasitology, conservation biology, plant and animal breeding, and forensics.
