How to place an order?
Download the appropriate form.
Forms are available here. If you do not know which form to choose, contact us seq@amu.edu.pl. For NGS sequencing, please contact amungs@amu.edu.pl.
Log in.
Log in to the website seq.wptbm.amu.edu.pl and go to the tab Zamów usługę. If you haven't created your account yet, get the form and send it to amuseq@amu.edu.pl.
Submit your order.
Attach the completed form (the original form cannot be renamed).
Attach additional files, e.g. a photo of the gel after electrophoresis with a description of the samples order and the DNA length standard used, and a comment. Finally, select the appropriate payment and click Złóż zamówienie .
Check the entered data.
Check the entered data and confirm the order by clicking Potwierdzam. If you entered incorrect data, you can go back to the previous view by clicking Zamknij.
Deliver samples to the lab.
at the Collegium Biologicum lodge.
The tubes or plates must be in a zip-bag with your name and the order number. You can deliver them in person or send them by post/courier. If you have any questions, contact us seq@amu.edu.pl
Wait for the results.
You can track the status of your order in the tab Moje Zamówienia. Your results will be available in the tab Wyniki.
